The mechanism of powered support subsidence on rigid base revealed by analyzing the simulation results of the stress-strain state of a layered rock mass, which holds flooded rock layers in the roof of stope. The dependence of the subsidence nature on the level of hydraulic load and the position the loaded lamination surfaces relative to stope is determined.
