Кадровий потенціал менеджменту освіти : проблеми формування, використання і управління

The article considers particularities of the trained potential in branches of the formation, as forming social-cultural sphere. The system of the trained work
is analysed with personnel on example of the
institutions of the formation Elanets’kyi district of the Mykolaiv region. The nature of the influence of the trained potential is defined on the leading indexes of the functioning(working) the institutions and way of the decision of the available problems.

В статті розглядаються особливості кадрового
потенціалу в галузі освіти, як складової
соціально-культурної сфери. Аналізується
система кадрової роботи з персоналом на
прикладі закладів освіти Єланецького району
Миколаївської області. Визначається характер
впливу кадрового потенціалу на основні
показники роботи установ та шляхи вирішення
проблем, що існують.
