Stages of development of a method of perturbations are analyzed at a solution of problems of mechanics. The problem about impression of a stamp in an elastic orthotropic plate with cylindrical anisotropy is solved. Laws of the change tensions under a stamp and also the tension in the plate are obtained. Influence on distribution of voltages under a stamp of the ration of a size of a stamp to a size of free boundary of a plate is investigated.
