Motivation of the staff as a tool for increasing the efficiency of the sanatorium and spa complex

The number of state sanatoriums of the Ministry of Health system at the
beginning of 2021 is 14. Most of the actively functional sanatoriums are located in the
Odes’ka oblast– 8; in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast – 3; in Kyivska oblast – 2; 1 sanatorium
each in Lvivs’ka and Zaporizhzhs’ka oblast.
