Abstract

Розглядаються проблеми глобалізації інформаційних технологій. Були наведені приклади метатехнологій, їх вплив на інтелектуальний психологічний і технологічний ресурси країн. Були обгрунтовані наслідки глобального розповсюдження інформаційних технологій на країни, що розвиваються.

The problems globalizations of information technologies are considered. The examples of metatehnologi are resulted, their influence on intellectual psychological and technological resources of countries. The consequences of global distribution of information technologies on developing countries are grounded.
