Проєкт будівництва двоповерхового котеджу у СМТ Кіровське

Abstract

Пояснювальна записка: 84 с., 24 рис., 10 табл., 2 додатки, 20 джерел. Графічна частина: 5 аркушів формату А1. ДВОПОВЕРХОВИЙ КОТЕДЖ, ГЕНПЛАН, КОШТОРИС, ПЛАН ПОКРІВЛІ, ПЛИТИ ПОКРИТТЯ ТА ПЕРЕКРИТТЯ, ФАСАД, ФУНДАМЕНТ. Об’єкт розроблення – проєкт двоповерхового котеджу у смт Кіровське. Мета роботи – дослідження опору конструкції будинку щодо впливів на неї середовища шляхом розрахунку основних його конструктивних елементів, складання на основі них креслень будівлі та оптимального підбору матеріалів з подальшим їх кошторисним розрахунком. У першому розділі наводиться основна інформація про місце будування, кліматичні характеристики, конструктивні, архітектурні та об’ємно-планувальні рішення проєктуємої будівлі. У другому розділі розраховані навантаженя на конструктивні елементи покрівлі, горищного покриття, перекриття першого і другого поверхів, панелі міжповерхового перекриття, монолітної ділянки та будівельного покриття. За результатами підібрано оптимальний переріз всіх запроектованих елементів. Виконано необхідні перевірки згідно вимог нормативних документів. Організаційно-технологічний розділ містить розрахунки по визначенню площ допоміжних і тимчасових споруд, потреб води та електроенергії, тривалості будівництва, обсягів робіт, підібрано основну будівельну техніку, розглянуті заходи з техніки безпеки. В розділі з економіки будівництва виконано розрахунок в ПК «СТ-Смета» локального кошторису з подальшим складанням відомості ресурсів та розрахунком вартості будівництва. Загальна вартість будівництва складає 3 456 724 грн. Ціна за 1 м2 – 16 152 грн. Практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в раціональному підборі будівельних матеріалів, конструкцій та виробів, які забезпечують комфортність, легкість у обслуговуванні та довговічність будівлі.

The object of development is a project of a two-storey cottage in the village of Kirovske. The purpose of the work - to study the resistance of the structure of the house against the effects of the environment by calculating its main structural elements, making based on them drawings of the building and the optimal selection of materials with their budget calculation. The first section provides basic information about the construction site, its temperature regimes, design and spatial planning decisions regarding the size of the house, the composition of its premises, purpose and foundation. The second section calculates the loads on the structural elements of the roof, attic, floor and first floors, floor slabs, monolithic area and building floor. According to the results, the optimal cross section of all designed elements is selected. Necessary inspections were performed in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents. The organizational and technological section contains calculations for determining the area of ancillary and temporary structures, water and electricity needs, duration of construction, scope of work, selected basic construction equipment, considered safety measures. In the section on the economics of construction, the calculation of the local budget was done in the PC "ST-Smeta" with the subsequent compilation of resource information and calculation of the cost of construction. The total construction cost is UAH 3,456,724. The price for 1 m2 is UAH 16,152. The practical significance of the qualification work lies in the rational selection of building materials, structures and products that provide comfort, ease of maintenance and durability of the building.
