Abstract
Результати. Досліджено зміни розвитку економіки від Індустрії 1.0 до цифрової екосистеми. Поява нових технологій свідчить про трансформацію економічних систем, а також про їхню роль як рушіїв суспільного поступу. Охарактеризовано ризики, що виникають унаслідок цифровізації економіки. Через невміле управління інформаційними потоками та даними найпоширенішою проблемою є кібератаки, що створюють загрози національній безпеці у секторі критичної інфраструктури. Визначено цифрові активатори технологічного розвитку з метою подолання ризиків, які виникають у процесі цифрової трансформації економіки. Представлені складові забезпечать розвиток цифрових екосистем і створять підґрунтя для дотримання правил цифрової безпеки в умовах технологічного розвитку.
Results. Changes in the development of the economy from Industry 1.0 to the digital ecosystem are studied. The emergence of new technologies indicates the transformation of economic systems, as well as their role as drivers of social progress. The risks arising as a result of digitalization of the economy are characterized. Due to the inept management of information flows and data, the most common problem is cyber-attacks which pose threats to national security in the critical infrastructure sector. Digital activators of technological development are identified in order to overcome the risks that arise in the process of digital transformation of the economy. The presented components will ensure the development of digital ecosystems and create the basis for compliance with the rules of dig ital security in the conditions of technological development.
