Abstract

Пояснювальна записка: 135 с, 21 рис, 31 табл., 1 додаток, 45 джерел. МОНОЛІТНІ ПІНОПАНЕЛІ, АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО–ТОРГІВЕЛЬНИЙ КОМПЛЕКС, ФУНДАМЕНТ, ЗВОРОТНЯ ЗАСИПКА, ПАЛІ З МОНОЛІТНИМ РОСТВЕРКОМ. Об’єкт розроблення – будівництва адміністративно–торгівельного комплексу у м. Київ. Мета роботи – оптимізація технології спорудження адміністративно– торгівельного комплексу. Результати та їх новизна – розроблена технологічна схема адміністративно– торгівельного комплексу, що відрізняється високою міцністю та економічністю. Новизна технічного рішення полягає в заміні піно блоків на пінопанелі, що забезпечує мінімальний витрати матеріалу при його зведенні. Оптимізація параметрів пінопанелей має зменшити строк будівництва комплексу та підвищити безпеку експлуатації його в подальшому. Взаємозв’язок з іншими роботами – продовження інноваційної діяльності кафедри будівництва, геотехніки і геомеханіки Національного технічного університету «Дніпровська політехніка» в сфері спорудження будівель. Сфера застосування розробки – у будівництві адміністративно–торгівельного комплексу у м. Київ. Практична значимість кваліфікаційної роботи – підвищення безпечності та економічності спорудження будівель.

The object of development is the construction of an administrative and shopping complex in Kyiv. The purpose of the work is to optimize the technology of construction of the administrative and shopping complex. Results and their novelty - the technological scheme of the administrative-trade complex is developed, which is characterized by high durability and economy. The novelty of the technical solution is to replace the foam blocks on the foam, which ensures minimal material consumption during its construction. Optimization of the parameters of the foam panels should shorten the construction time of the complex and increase its operational safety in the future. Interconnection with other works - continuation of innovative activity of the Department of Construction, Geotechnics and Geomechanics of the National Technical University "Dniprovsk Polytechnic" in the field of building construction. The scope of the development is in the construction of the administrative and shopping complex in Kyiv. The practical importance of qualification work is to increase the safety and economy of the construction of buildings.
