СПОРУДА, СТРІЧКОВИЙ ФУНДАМЕНТ, СУПЕРМАРКЕТ, СЕНДВІЧ ПАНЕЛІ, ОБ’ЄМНО ПЛАНУВАЛЬНЕ РІШЕННЯ, РОЗРАХУНОК РАМИ, ЗБІР НАВАНТАЖЕНЬ, ЕКСПЕРТИЗА ПЕРЕРІЗІВ НЕСУЧИХ ЕЛЕМЕНТІВ, КАЛЕНДАРНИЙ ПЛАН, БУД ГЕНПЛАН. Обʼєкт розроблення - Проєкт будівництва супермаркету «Хвиля» в м. Першотравенськ. Мета роботи – Розробка проєкту з будівництва супермаркету в місті Першотравенськ. Пояснювальна записка в кваліфікаційній роботі має 5 розділів: загальна частина; архітектурно-будівельний розділ; розрахунково-конструктивний розділ; технологія і організація будівельного процесу; техніко-економічний розділ. В «Загальній частині» наведено базові дані, щодо особливостей майданчику, кліматичних умов будівництва, геологічних та гідрогеологічних умов майданчику будівництва. Проектом будівництва є двоповерховий супермаркет, в осях якого довжина становить 54м а ширина 52 м, торгівельний зал займає площу 1828,8м2 . Архітектурно будівельний розділ характеризується тим, що в ньому знаходяться: об’ємно-планувальні, конструктивні, архітектурно-конструктивні та архітектурно художні рішення. Згідно з розділом рівень відповідальності будівлі – СС2, ступінь вогнестійкості - III. Категорія виробництва з пожежної небезпеки приміщень підготовки товару до продажу та завантаження - В. Категорія приміщень електрощитової і тепло генераторної - Г. У будівлі розташований торговий зал магазину, допоміжні приміщення з завантажувального рампою і адміністративно-побутові приміщення, ізольовані один від одного стінами і перегородками. Над допоміжними і адміністративно-побутовими приміщеннями є приміщення тепло генераторних на позначці +3.300. Висота допоміжних, адміністративно-побутових приміщень і тепло генераторної - 3,3м. Вхід в приміщення тепло генераторної здійснюється по зовнішнім металевим сходам. В розрахунково- конструктивному розділі були визначені навантаження які діють на будівлю та складено їх сполучення. Розроблена модель рами будівлі методом кінцевих елементів в програмному комплексі «SСAD». За результатами статичного розрахунку визначені найбільші значення зусиль в елементах рами і за допомогою сателіти «Кристал» на експертизу перерізів елементів рами за першою та другою групою граничних станів. Технологія і організація будівельного виробництва включає основні положення що до підготовки будівництва об’єкту - розрахунки площі тимчасових приміщень, розрахунки тимчасових інженерних мереж, потребу у будівельних матеріалах та виробах а також площу та тип складів які потрібні для їх зберігання. Розроблені заходи з техніки безпеки виконання будівельно монтажних робіт. Складений лінійний календарний графік будівельно монтажних робіт. В техніко економічному розділі наведено техніко економічні показники проекту і складено будівельно-кошторисна документація.

Above the auxiliary and administrative premises there is a heat generator room at the mark +3.300. Height of auxiliary, administrative and household premises and heat of generator - 3,3m. The entrance to the heat generator room is carried out by external metal stairs. In the calculation and design section, the loads acting on the building were determined and their connections were made. A model of the building frame by the finite element method in the "SAD" software package has been developed. According to the results of static calculation, the largest values of forces in the elements of the frame and with the help of the satellite "Crystal" for the examination of cross sections of the elements of the frame for the first and second groups of limit states. The technology and organization of construction production includes the main provisions for the preparation of construction of the object - calculations of the area of temporary premises, calculations of temporary engineering networks, the need for building materials and products and the area and type of warehouses required for storage. Developed safety measures for construction and installation works. The linear calendar schedule of construction and installation works is made. In the technical and economic section the technical and economic indicators of the project are given and the construction and estimate documentation is made.
