Інтегративна підготовка майбутніх інженерів

Abstract

В основі сучасних технологій лежать міждисциплінарні дослідження, що визначають необхідність інтегративної підготовки інженерів до інноваційної діяльності. Сформульовані вимоги до інноваційних інженерів і обґрунтований комплексний підхід до формування інженерних компетенцій. Задовольнити реальні потреби роботодавців в компетентних фахівцях дозволить реалізація багаторівневого компетентнісного підходу на основі принципу «від вузькоспеціалізованих кваліфікацій до компетенцій світового рівня» з орієнтацією на вирішення актуальних наукоємних завдань в промисловості. Намічено вектор подальшого розвитку Донбаської державної машинобудівної академії як центру технологічного розвитку півночі Донбасу. Точками зростання є міждисциплінарність, комерціалізація знань, створення системи трансферу технологій та інкубатор стартапів і техностартеров.

Modern technologies are based on interdisciplinary studies that determine the need for integrative training of engineers for innovation. The requirements for innovative engineers are formulated and a comprehensive approach to the formation of engineering competencies is substantiated. To meet the real needs of employers in competent specialists will allow the implementation of a multi‐level competence approach based on the principle of "from highly specialized qualifications to world‐class competencies" with the focus on solving topical science‐intensive tasks in industry. The vector of further development of Donbass State Engineering Academy as the center of technological development of the north of Donbass. We consider interdisciplinarity, the commercialization of knowledge, the creation of technology transfer systems, and the incubator of startups and techno‐starters as growth points.
