Мета роботи – розроблення проєктних рішень щодо конструкції, технології та організації будівництва зазначеного об’єкту. Методи досліджень – класичні методики розрахунків будівельної механіки, механіки грунтів, конструювання фундаментів, модального аналізу. Результати та їх новизна – розроблені в проєкті проектні та технологічні рішення відповідають стандартам та державним будівельним нормам. Основні конструктивні, технологічні та техніко-експлуатаційні показники –Дипломний проект умовно можна розбити на чотири частини: архітектурний розділ; розрахунково - конструктивний розділ; розділ проєктування основ та фундаментів; технологічний розділ; організаційний розділ. У архітектурній частині проекту (розділ 1) наведено: загальну характеристику об'єкту будівництва, будівельну і кліматичну характеристики району, планувальне рішення ділянки, об'ємно-планувальне та будівельно - конструктивне рішення каркасу будинку. У другому розділі наведено обґрунтування вибору та розрахунку будівельних конструкцій. Розділ включає у себе такі підрозділи: - обємно-палувальне та конструктивне рішення будівлі; 4 - інженерно-сейсмологічна характеристика будмайданчика; - визначення навантажень та впливів на несучі конструкції; - сейсмічний розрахунок на 3Д-моделі будівлі; - розрахунок напружено – деформованого стану окремих конструктивних елементів, що несуть навантаження (залізобетонне безригельне перекриття; залізобетонні колона та діафрагма жорсткості); - проектування зазначених конструктивних елементів каркасу будівлі. У 3 розділі розглянуто варіанти будови двох типів фундаментів під колони – стовпчастого та пальового, виконаний розрахуник цих типів фундаментів та виконане техніко-економічне порівнняння варіантів. Найбільш раціональним визначений ствопчастий фундамент. У 4 розділі дипломного проєкту розглянуті питання технології будівельного виробництва та розроблено технологічну карту на бетонування типового монолітного перекриття. У розділі 5 розглянуті питання організації будівельного виробництва під час будівництва готельного комплексу, розрахований календарний план будівництва та встановлено техніко-економічні показники проєкту.Explanatory note: 102 p., 22 fig., 31 table, 52 sources. TWO-SECTION BUILDING, PILL FOUNDATION, REINFORCED CONCRETE FLOORLESS COVERING, FOUNDATION STRUCTURES, MODAL ANALYSIS The object of development is a two-section building of a hotel complex in the city of Odessa. The purpose of the work is to develop design solutions for the design, technology and organization of construction of this facility. Research methods - classical methods of calculations of structural mechanics, soil mechanics, construction of foundations, modal analysis. The results and their novelty - the design and technological solutions developed in the project meet the standards and state building codes. The main design, technological and technical and operational indicators - The diploma project can be divided into four parts: architectural section; settlement - constructive section; section of designing foundations and foundations; technological section; organizational section. The architectural part of the project (section 1) provides: general characteristics of the construction object, construction and climatic characteristics of the area, planning decision of the site, spatial planning and construction - structural solution of the building frame. The second section provides a rationale for the choice and calculation of building structures. The section includes the following sections: - volumetric and structural solution of the building; 6 - engineering and seismological characteristics of the construction site; - determination of loads and influences on load-bearing structures; - seismic calculation on the 3D model of the building; - calculation of the stress-strain state of individual structural elements bearing the load (reinforced concrete crossbarless; reinforced concrete column and stiffness diaphragm); - design of these structural elements of the building frame. In Section 3, the variants of the structure of two types of foundations under the columns are considered - columnar and pile, the calculation of these types of foundations is performed and the technical and economic comparison of variants is performed. The most rational you-defined columnar foundation. In the 4th section of the diploma project the issues of construction production technology are considered and the technological map for concreting of a typical monolithic floor is developed.
