According to the results of the study, it is found that the use of the flexible Scrum methodology is advisable in conditions of uncertainty in the management of coal mining waste.У статті розглянуто концепцію управління проектами та загальна концепція методології Scrum, визначено переваги та недоліки її застосування щодо відходів вугільної промисловості.
