«Проєкт будівництва триповерхового котеджу у місті Біла Церква

Abstract

Пояснювальна записка: 89 с., 7 рис., 20 табл., 3 додатки, 28 джерел. Графічна частина: 5 аркушів формату А1. ТРИПОВЕРХОВИЙ КОТЕДЖ, ІНВЕРСІЙНА ПОКРІВЛЯ, МЕТАЛЕВИЙ САЙДИНГ, КЕРАМІЧНА ПУСТОТНА ЦЕГЛА, ТЕПЛА ПІДЛОГА. Об’єкт розроблення – проєкт триповерхового котеджу у м. Біла Церква. Мета роботи – розрахунок основних конструктивних елементів та розробка робочих креслень проєктуємої будівлі, обґрунтування вибору будівельних матеріалів з урахуванням сучасних вимог до будівництва. У першому розділі подана конструктивна схема триповерхового котеджу – це комбінований каркас з несучих стін і колон, в якості міжповерхового перекриття виступає монолітна залізобетонна плита. У місцях з великими прольотами використовуємо монолітну залізобетонну балку, як допоміжний елемент перекриття. Покрівля плоска інверсійна, облицювання фасаду виконано з металевого сайдинга. У розрахунково-конструктивному розділі було проведено розрахунок конструкцій будівлі за методом граничних станів. За результатами підібрано оптимальний переріз всіх запроектованих елементів. Розрахунки виконувались у «Мономах 4.2». Організаційно-технологічний розділ містить розрахунки по визначенню площ допоміжних і тимчасових споруд, потреб води та електроенергії, тривалості будівництва, обсягів робіт, підібрано основну будівельну техніку, розглянуті заходи з техніки безпеки. В розділі з економіки будівництва виконано розрахунок в ПК «СТ-Смета» локального кошторису з подальшим складанням відомості ресурсів та розрахунком вартості будівництва. Загальна вартість будівлі складає 5 818, 904 грн. Ціна за 1 м2 – 9160 грн. Сфера застосування розробки – будівництво приміського котеджу за для розширення прилеглих територій міста Біла Церква. Практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в раціональному підборі будівельних матеріалів, конструкцій та виробів, які забезпечують екологічність проєкту.

The first section presents a structural scheme of a three-storey cottage - a combined frame of other walls and columns, in place of the floor there is a monolithic reinforced concrete tile. In places with large spans we use a monolithic reinforced concrete beam as auxiliary elements of the floor. The roof is a flat inversion, the face of the facade is used from a metal site. In the production and design section, the construction of buildings for the methods of boundary conditions was carried out. According to the results, it is proposed to go through all the requested elements. Calculations were received in Monomakh 4.2. The organizational and technological division contained information on the separated area, additional and temporary structure, the required driver and electricity, the duration of construction of the building, the existence of labor, the necessary basic construction equipment, using safety for safety. In the section with economic construction, the benefit of the local budget with the submitted composition, which was represented by the highest resource and the necessary construction factor, was used in the PC "ST-Smet". The total cost of the building is UAH 5,818,904. The price for 1 m2 is UAH 9,160. The scope of use of mailings - the construction of an internal cottage to expand the surrounding area of the city of Bila Tserkva. It is practically necessary to work in different regions under construction, construction and manufacturers that achieve environmental friendliness.
