Abstract
За результатами проведеного науково-теоретичного аналізу виявлено, що на українських виробничих транспортних підприємствах неефективне управління логістичними процесами. Це аргумент необхідності удосконалення методів зниження логістичних витрат транспортних виробничих підприємств, які виникають на всіх етапах відтворювального циклу. Виявлено, що у гонитві за скороченням витрат на логістику вкрай важливо концептуалізувати виробниче транспортне підприємство як єдину логістичну систему. Ця система має характеризуватися координацією та інтеграцією всіх структурних елементів разом із ретельним вивченням кожного бізнес-процесу. Досліджено питання зниження загальних
логістичних витрат транспортного виробничого підприємства.
According to the results of the conducted scientific and theoretical analysis, it was found that Ukrainian production transport enterprises have ineffective management of logistics processes. This is an argument for the need to improve methods for reducing logistics costs of transport production enterprises that arise at all stages of the reproduction cycle. It was found that in the pursuit of reducing logistics costs, it is extremely important to conceptualize a production transport enterprise as a single logistics system. This system should be characterized by coordination and integration of all structural elements together with a thorough study of each business process. The issueof reducing the total logistics costs of a transport production enterprise is investigated.
