Процесний підхід в управлінні цифровими змінами на підприємствах в умовах циркулярної економіки

Abstract

Результати. У статті удосконалено ієрархічно-композиційну модель впровадження процесного підходу в управлінні цифровими змінами на підприємствах в умовах циркулярної економіки, що базується на системній реалізації та параметризації ефективних управлінсько-спектральних процесів, які комплексно відображають мінливість економічних інтересів та їх збалансованість у моделі за наявності потенційно якісних управлінських рішень та консолідації інтегрованого використання цифрових технологій, стратегічного бачення, технологічно-фінансової гнучкості та управлінської реакції на зміни в цифровій індустрії в епоху циркулярної економіки, що забезпечить узгодженість інформаційно-цифрових технологій та структурну ієрархічність бізнес-процесів, системну сумісність та інтеграцію, ефективний обмін процесно-цифровими даними для прийняття збалансованих управлінських рішень. Results. The article improves the hierarchical-composite model of the implementation of the process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises in the conditions of the circu- lar economy, which is based on the systematic implementation and parameterization of effective management-spectral processes that comprehensively reflect the variability of economic interests and their balance in the model in the presence of potentially high-quality management solutions and consolidation of the integrated use of digital technologies, strategic vision, technological and financial flexibility and managerial response to changes in the digital industry in the era of the circular economy, which will ensure the consistency of information and digital technologies and the structural hierarchy of business processes, system compatibility and integration, effective exchange of process – digital data for making balanced management decisions.
