Abstract
Результати. Виявлено переваги переходу в керуванні проєктами в банківських організаціях до гнучких методів, а саме – еджайлу. Розглянуто сучасний стан трансформації фінансових установ на шляху до впровадження цифрового банкінгу. Визначено позитивні тенденції переходу на гнучкі методи управління проєктами. Відображено результати трансформації банківських установ у мобільні банки і наведено розподіл клієнтської бази за каналами користування функціоналом.
Results. Directions for adjusting the strategic development plans of banking organizations are proposed, which will allow to minimize the risks of conducting business operations under conditions of force majeure. A list of tools (mortgage financing, interest rate increase, opportunities to invest one's own savings in securities) is proposed, which should help to increase the deposit base of individuals and legal entities. Positive trends of the transition to flexible project management methods have been identified. The results of the transformation of banking institutions into mobile banks are shown and the distribution of the client base by channels of using the functionality is given.
