Abstract
У статті запропоновано організаційно-економічний механізм формування стратегічних напрямів розвитку автотранспортних підприємств, який передбачає управління
розвитком автотранспортних підприємств та оцінки стратегічних напрямів функціонування підприємства з метою досягнення його стійкого розвитку в умовах динамічних змін зовнішнього середовища, підвищення ефективності управлінських процесів, інтегрування інновації та посилення розвитку підприємства в умовах забезпечення економічної безпеки.
The article proposes the organisational and economic mechanism for the formation of strategic directions for the development of motor transport enterprises, which involves managingthe development of motor transport enterprises and assessing the strategic functioning in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises in the context of dynamicchanges in the external environment, increase the efficiency of management processes, integrateinnovations and strengthen the development of the enterprise in the context of ensuring economic
security.
