Abstract

Спираючись на наукову літературу та архівні матеріали, автор досліджує проблему появи та діяльності „Російського Біблійного товариства” й аналізує причини його закриття російським самодержавством.Basing on the scientific literature and archives documents, author investigates the problem of the rise and activity of “Russian Bible society” and gives the analyses of the reasons of its closing by Russian autocracy.
