SWOT-аналіз хмарних технологій, як передумова рішення щодо їх впровадження

Abstract

У статті узагальнено оцінки наукової та бізнес-спільнот щодо доцільності впровадження хмарних технологій на підприємствах в умовах цифровізації та глобальних технологічних змін. Проаналізовано ключові внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, що впливають на рішення щодо переходу до хмарних рішень, зокрема економія ресурсів, гнучкість і масштабованість як сильні сторони, а також залежність від інтернет-з’єднання, проблеми безпеки та обмежений контроль як слабкості. Запропоновано авторську модифікацію SWOTаналізу, яка розмежовує поточний (позитиви та негативи) і майбутній (потенціал та загрози) вплив хмарних технологій, що сприяє чіткому розумінню короткострокових і довгострокових перспектив. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо використання результатів аналізу для розробки стратегій впровадження хмарних технологій, включаючи оптимізацію витрат, підвищення безпеки даних та підготовку до регуляторних змін. Наведено практичні рекомендації які включають використання результатів аналізу для планування інвестицій, управління ризиками та підготовки до технологічних і регуляторних змін. The article summarizes the assessments of the scientific and business communities regarding the feasibility of cloud technology implementation in enterprises under conditions of digitalization and global technological transformations. The key internal and external factors influencing the decision to adopt cloud solutions were analyzed, including resource savings, flexibility, and scalability as strengths, as well as internet dependency, security concerns, and limited control as weaknesses. Opportunities such as integration with innovative technologies (AI, IoT, Big Data) and access to new markets were identified, along with threats such as competition, cybersecurity risks, and regulatory changes. The author proposes a modified SWOT analysis that differentiates between current (strengths and weaknesses) and future (potential and threats) impacts of cloud technologies, contributing to a clearer understanding of short-term and long-term perspectives. The importance of evaluating current benefits (e.g., cost savings, increased productivity) and risks (vendor dependency, adaptation costs), as well as forecasting future potential (rapid scaling, technological evolution) and threats (technology obsolescence, rising cyber risks), is substantiated. Recommendations are provided on how to utilize the analysis results for developing cloud technology implementation strategies, including cost optimization, data security enhancement, and regulatory compliance preparedness.
