Abstract
Результати. Статтю присвячено актуальній науково-практичній проблемі – імплементації макроекономічних моделей в практику регулювання відбудови економіки України. Автором виокремлено стратегічні умови для формалізації макроекономічної політики щодо післявоєнного відновлення: аналітика та оцінка масштабів економічних втрат і потреб на відбудову; дослідження джерел та форм активізації економічних ресурсів на відновлення; аналіз структурних змін у людському капіталі країни та обґрунтування шляхів відновлення інтелектуального потенціалу. Проведене дослідження світового досвіду дозволило формалізувати макроекономічні моделі відбудови національної економіки: модель стійкості та ефективності, модель пріоритетності розвитку територій, модель забезпечення конкурентоспроможності, соціально та екологічно орієнтовані моделі.
Results. The article is devoted to an actual scientific and practical problem – substantiation and implementation of macroeconomic models in regulating the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. The author identifies the strategic conditions for formalising macroeconomic policy on postwar recovery: analysis and assessment of the scale of economic losses and needs for reconstruction; research of sources and forms of activation of economic resources for recovery; analysis of structural changes in the country's human capital and substantiation of ways to restore intellectual potential. The research of the world experience allowed to formalise macroeconomic models of national economic recovery: a model of sustainability and efficiency, a model of priority development of territories, a model of competitiveness, socially and environmentally focused models.
