Abstract
Результати. У статті удосконалено методологію управління транспарентністю розвитку підприємств в умовах конвергенції інвестиційних процесів, основна мета якої полягає у створенні та реалізації необхідних управлінських ресурсів і компетенцій, що визначають максимізацію рівня розвитку. Методологія необхідна для забезпечення конкурентної стабільності промислових підприємств, що в свою чергу, вимагає від них прийняття стратегічно-ефективних управлінських рішень для досягнення основних цілей підприємств – максимізації виробництва, продажів, прибутку, ресурсів, забезпечуючи тим самим ефективну політику управління розвитком та потенціалом.
Results. The article improves the methodology of managing the transparency of the development of enterprises in the conditions of convergence of investment processes, the main purpose of which is to create and implement the necessary management resources and competencies that determine the maximization of the level of development. The methodology is necessary to ensure the competitive stability of industrial enterprises, which, in turn, requires them to make strategic and effective management decisions in order to achieve the main goals of enterprises - maximizing production, sales, profit, resources, thereby ensuring an effective development and potential management policy.
