Abstract
У статті здійснено теоретико-концептуальне переосмислення потенціалу агломерацій в умовах трансформації моделі просторового розвитку. Встановлено, що агломерації трансформуються із просторово-економічних вузлів у складні інноваційноінституційні екосистеми, здатні акумулювати знання, інновації, людський капітал та формувати стійкі міжтериторіальні зв’язки. Визначено основні чинники, що впливають на стійкість агломерацій у періоди структурних зрушень і глобальних викликів. Обґрунтовано, що потенціал агломерацій визначається не лише масштабами економічної активності, а й якістю інституційного середовища, соціальної взаємодії, рівнем довіри, відкритості інноваціям та
здатністю до адаптивного управління в умовах глобальних викликів.
The article presents a theoretical and conceptual reconceptualization of the potential of agglomerations within the context of the transformation of the spatial development model. It has
been established that agglomerations are evolving from spatial-economic nodes into complex innovation-institutional ecosystems capable of accumulating knowledge, innovation, human capital,and forming resilient inter-territorial linkages. The key factors influencing the resilience of agglomerations during periods of structural shifts and global challenges have been identified. It is substantiated that the potential of agglomerations is determined not only by the scale of economic activity but also by the quality of the institutional environment, social interaction, levels of trust,openness to innovation, and the ability to implement adaptive governance under global pressures.
