Abstract
Результати. Виявлено тенденції зростання чисельності зайнятих ІТ-фахівців в Україні та збільшення обсягів діяльності компаній ІТ-сектора національної економіки із задіянням основної частки фахівців у проєктах, пов’язаних з аутсорсингом. Продемонстровано вразливість такої ситуації до господарських ризиків з огляду на наявність посиленої конкуренції серед фірм-підрядників серед розвинутих країн, а також тих, що розвиваються. З метою посилення конкурентних переваг фірм, які займаються інформаційними технологіями, запропоновано здійснювати постійний моніторинг тих змінних, які впливають на успішність реалізації проєкту, а також визначити кореляційні зв’язки між ними та результатом реалізації проєктів в цілому.
Results. The study demonstrated the specifics of the functioning of Ukrainian enterprises in the IT sector and the prospects for its further development in the future in order to preserve the current competitive advantages. There are singled out the reasons for the growing importance for the national economy of those enterprises, which are based on the technological complexity of export goods and services, as well as on the qualifications of the personnel of organizations.
