Abstract
Результати. З’ясовано сучасні тенденції та процеси розвитку молодіжного підприємництва в країнах ЄС та в Україні. Виявлено особливості та специфічні риси молодіжного підприємництва, які, з одного боку, є перевагами, а з іншого – загрозою щодо підприємницької діяльності молоді. Акцентовано, що основними стейкхолдерами молодіжного підприємництва є держава, соціальне середовище, освітнє середовище та саме бізнес-середовище. Обґрунтовано, що молодіжне підприємництво відіграє важливу роль у вирішенні соціально-економічних проблем, зокрема, подолання кризи молодіжного безробіття. Встановлено, що в країнах Європи політика молодіжного підприємництва є досить розвинутою порівняно з підтримкою підприємництва для інших інклюзивних цільових груп підтримки бізнесу. Обґрунтовано необхідність державної координації та контролю молодіжної самозайнятості та підприємницької діяльності в національній економіці.
Results. The current trends and processes of youth entrepreneurship development in the EU countries and Ukraine are identified. The specific features of youth entrepreneurship are determined, which, on the one hand, are advantages and, on the other hand, are a threat to youth entrepreneurship. It is emphasized that the main stakeholders of youth entrepreneurship are the state, the social environment, the educational environment and the business environment itself. It is substantiated that youth entrepreneurship plays an important role in solving socio-economic problems, in particular, overcoming the youth unemployment crisis. It is established that in European countries, youth entrepreneurship policy is quite developed compared to entrepreneurship support for other inclusive target groups of business support. The necessity of state coordination and control of youth self-employment and entrepreneurship in the national economy is substantiated.
