Abstract
У дослідженні використано системний підхід для аналізу механізмів забезпечення фінансової безпеки суб’єктів господарювання. Для оцінки міжнародного досвіду застосовано методи порівняльного аналізу, що дозволило ідентифікувати ключові особливості програм державної підтримки у Європейському Союзі, США, Японії та
Південній Кореї. Проведено моделювання адаптації цих практик до українських умов із урахуванням специфіки економічної структури країни. Використано метод контент – аналізу для
вивчення наукових публікацій, офіційних звітів та даних міжнародних організацій, а також експертних оцінок ефективності запропонованих інструментів державної підтримки. Обґрунтування практичних рекомендацій здійснено на основі інтерпретації отриманих результатів у контексті впровадження цифрових технологій.
The study employs a systematic approach to analyze mechanisms for ensuring financial security of business entities. Comparative analysis methods were applied to identify key
features of state support programs in the European Union, the USA, Japan, and South Korea.
Modeling the adaptation of these practices to the Ukrainian context was conducted, considering the specific characteristics of the country's economic structure. Content analysis was utilized to
examine scientific publications, official reports, and data from international organizations, as well as expert assessments of the effectiveness of proposed state support tools. Practical
recommendations were substantiated through interpretation of the findings in the context of implementing digital technologies.
