Abstract
Результати. У статті проведено детальний аналіз статистичних даних та результатів опитування щодо основних мотиваційних компонентів управління персоналом на підприємствах. Виявлено залежність між показниками економічної діяльності та складовими мотивації персоналу. Обґрунтовані основні мотиваційні компоненти управління персоналом, удосконалено структурно-функціональну модель залежності кількісних та якісних показників та мотиваційної компоненти управління персоналом підприємства, яка синтезує у собі комплексний підхід до врахування усіх важливих напрямків удосконалення мотиваційних процесів управління персоналом.
Results. The article provides a detailed analysis of statistical data and survey results regarding the main motivational components of personnel management at enterprises. The dependence between indicators of economic activity and components of personnel motivation was revealed. The article substantiates the main motivational components of personnel management, improves the structural-functional model of the dependence of quantitative and qualitative indicators and the motivational component of personnel management of the enterprise, which synthesizes a comprehensive approach to taking into account all important directions of improvement of motivational processes of personnel management.
