Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 124 – Системний аналіз – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка». Україна. Дніпро. 2025. В дисертаційній роботі вирішена актуальна науково-прикладна задача управління портфелем проєктів розвитку системи дуальної освіти на основі еволюційних методів. Мета і завдання дослідження. Метою роботи є обґрунтування теоретикометодичних засад, розробка моделей, методів та інструментів вдосконалення прийняття рішень щодо портфеля проєктів розвитку дуальної освіти на базі закладу вищої освіти з використанням еволюційних методів. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів. У дисертаційній роботі: 1. Вперше запропоновано модель формування портфеля проєктів розвитку дуальної освіти закладу вищої освіти, яка базується на комплексному оцінюванні цінності проєктів з урахуванням специфічних компонентів для кожної зацікавленої сторони. Реалізація цієї моделі забезпечує підвищення якості управлінських рішень щодо розвитку дуальної освіти. 2. Вперше запропоновано математичну модель розподілу вибіркових освітніх компонентів між учасниками освітнього процесу за дуальною формою здобуття освіти, яка, на відміну від існуючих аналогів, базується на критеріях зменшення трудомісткості підготовки та викладання вибіркових дисциплін учасниками освітнього процесу. Застосування моделі забезпечує: оптимальний розподіл навчального навантаження між закладом вищої освіти та роботодавцями протягом усього періоду навчання; досягнення здобувачами цільового рівня компетентностей відповідно до вимог конкретного проєкту дуальної освіти; інтеграції інтересів усіх зацікавлених сторін у процес формування змісту підготовки фахівців; гнучке коригування освітніх програм відповідно до актуальних запитів ринку праці та потреб роботодавців.

The dissertation solves the topical scientific and applied problem of managing a portfolio of dual education system development projects based on evolutionary methods. The aim and objectives of the research. The work aims to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop models, methods, and tools for improving decision-making regarding the portfolio of dual education development projects based on higher education institutions using evolutionary methods. Scientific novelty of the results obtained. In the dissertation: 1. For the first time, a model for forming a portfolio of dual education development projects for higher education institutions has been proposed, based on a comprehensive assessment of the value of projects, taking into account specific components for each stakeholder. The implementation of this model ensures an improvement in the quality of management decisions regarding the development of dual education. 2. For the first time, a mathematical model for the distribution of selective educational components among participants in the educational process in a dual form of education has been proposed, which, unlike existing analogues, is based on criteria for reducing the labour intensity of training and teaching selective disciplines by participants in the educational process. The application of the model ensures: optimal distribution of the educational load between higher education institutions and employers throughout the entire period of study; achievement by applicants of the target level of competencies in accordance with the requirements of a specific dual education project; integration of the interests of all stakeholders in the process of forming the content of specialist training; flexible adjustment of educational programmes in accordance with current labour market demands and employer needs.
