Abstract

У сучасних умовах прискорення трансформаційних змін, що відбуваються в медицині під впливом внутрішніх загроз та зовнішніх чинників, наприклад COVID-19, що сколихнув майже усі країни світу, торкаючись кожної людини ймовірністю загрози, питання комунікації в медицині, в управлінні системою охорони здоров’я (далі – ОЗ) стало першочерговим.In current circumstances, the acceleration of transformations which are taking place in medicine under the influence of internal threats and external factors, such as COVID-19, the problem of communication in medicine and the healthcare management has become crucial. Considering the threats growing risks, the issue of modernization of the communications in the healthcare become of strategic importance. That importance for the state and executive bodies is explained by the fact that the public interest in healthcare is growing but, unfortunately, not in prevention, but mainly in the treatment process.
