dc.description.abstractВ роботі представлена клієнт‐серверна модель масового оповіщення населення при надзвичайних ситуаціях у вигляді мобільних додатків для операційних систем Android та iOS та серверної частини, що використовує сервіси Google Maps. Проаналізовані її переваги перед існуючими системами масового оповіщення. Наведені приклади її використання для розрахунку кількості потерпілих у визначеному квадраті.ru_RU
