Abstract

For the first time it was determined that the amount of the borrower's limit: is also proportional to such parameters as EBITDA; debt service payments on already received loans for the period of the planned loan; cost; the cost ratio is proportional to the period of turnover of accounts payable; the indicator of inventories is proportional to the coefficient of variation of prices for these types of inventories and quantitative parameters of the conditions of storage of inventory data; the receivables ratio is proportional to the share of overdue receivables; the indicator of financial investments is proportional to the coefficient of variation of the stock index.New discount rates are calculated, which depend on the conditions and terms of storage of agricultural products, to assess the value of inventories of enterprises. For the first time, it is proposed to calculate the term of a commodity loan using an optimization model.
