Проєкт спорудження підготовчих виробок 7-ї південної лави для умов ПРАТ «ШУ «ПОКРОВСЬКЕ»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота: 64 с., 8 табл., 8 рис., 1 дод., 12 джерел. ПАСПОРТ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ І КРІПЛЕННЯ, ПІДГОТОВЧА ГІРНИЧА ВИРОБКА, ТЕХНОЛОГІЯ І ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ РОБІТ Об’єкт роботи – підготовчі гірничі виробки 7-ї південної лави блоку №10. Мета роботи – розробити проєкт спорудження підготовчих виробок 7-ї південної лави для умов ПРАТ «ШУ «ПОКРОВСЬКЕ». Методи та інструментарій – Згідно ДБН А.2.2-3-2014, ДБН А.3.1-5- 2016, ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013, ДСТУ Б Д.2.2-35:2012. Графічна частина виконана за допомогою програми AutoCAD, розрахунок параметрів технікоекономічного обґрунтування – «Будівельні технології – Кошторис». Отримані результати і новизна – дана загальна характеристика шахти та гірничо-геологічних умов, системи розкриття, підготовки та розробки шахтного поля; обґрунтуванні схеми і способи спорудження; обґрунтовано форму перерізу і характеристики кріплення; розроблена технологія і організація робіт; виконано аналіз небезпечних і шкідливих виробничих факторів; розроблені інженерно-технічні заходи з охорони праці; розроблена проектно-кошторисна документація. Взаємозв’язок з іншими роботами – продовження інноваційної діяльності кафедри будівництва, геотехніки і геомеханіки НТУ «Дніпровська політехніка» в сфері гірництва. Інформація щодо умов розповсюдження результатів роботи – згідно п. 2.4.2 «Положення про організацію атестації здобувачів вищої освіти НТУ «Дніпровська політехніка» – дана робота містить інформацію з обмеженим доступом, оприлюднення даної кваліфікаційної роботи, має здійснюватися у відповідності до вимог чинного законодавства.Qualifying work: 64 pp., 8 tables, 8 Figure, 1 supplement, 12 sources. The purpose to develop a project for the construction of preparatory workings of the 7th southern lava for the conditions of PJSC SHU "POKROVSKE". Methods and tools – According to DBN A.2.2-3-2014, DBN A.3.1-5-2016, DSTU B D.1.1-1: 2013, DSTU B D.2.2-35: 2012. The graphic part is made with the help of AutoCAD program, calculation of parameters of the feasibility study - "Construction technologies - Estimate". The obtained results and news – given a general description of the mine and mining and geological conditions, the system of discovery, preparation and development of the mine field; substantiation of the scheme and methods of construction; the form of section and characteristics of fastening are substantiated; developed technology and organization of works; analysis of dangerous and harmful production factors was performed; developed engineering and technical measures for labor protection; developed design and estimate documentation. Relationship with other works – continuation of innovative activity of the department of construction, geotechnics and geomechanics of Dnipro University of Technology in the field of mining.
