Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії в галузі публічного управління та адміністрування за спеціальністю 281 «Публічне управління та адміністрування», НТУ «Дніпровська Політехніка», м. Дніпро, 2025. У дисертації вирішено актуальне наукове завдання, яке полягає в науковому обґрунтуванні теоретичних засад і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізмів публічного управління в галузі туризму в контексті сучасних викликів воєнного та повоєнного періодів. Актуальний характер теми дисертаційного дослідження визначається тим, що, як стверджується в Національній економічній стратегії України на період до 2030 року, саме галузь туризму являє собою один з провідних векторів розвитку економіки України, а також наявністю в умовах воєнного стану та наслідків пандемії COVID-19 низки таких проблем, як скорочення кількості туристів, недостатня координація між різними рівнями управління, недостатній рівень фінансування з боку держави та органів місцевого самоврядування на розвиток туристичної інфраструктури, зокрема на ремонт та реконструкцію об’єктів культурної спадщини, будівництво нових туристичних об’єктів, низька ефективність маркетингу та брендування, що зумовлює необхідність удосконалення механізмів публічного управління в галузі туризму задля підвищення його ефективності та наближення до європейських стандартів демократичного врядування.
Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and Management, specialty 281 “Public Administration and Management”. National University of Dnipro Polytechnic, Dnipro, 2025. The dissertation solves an urgent scientific problem, which consists in the scientific substantiation of theoretical foundations and the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of public administration in the field of tourism in the context of modern challenges of the war and post-war periods. The relevance of the topic of the dissertation is determined by the fact that, as stated in the National Economic Strategy of Ukraine for the period up to 2030, the tourism industry is one of the leading vectors of economic development in Ukraine, as well as the presence of a number of problems such as a decrease in the number of tourists, insufficient coordination between different levels of government, insufficient funding from the state and local governments for the development of tourism infrastructure, in particular, in the context of martial law and the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the relevance of this thesis is significantly enhanced in the landscape of milestones of Ukraine’s European integration path, which, in turn, determines the obvious need to apply international standards for the development of the tourism industry.
