Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 281 – Публічне управління та адміністрування. – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка», Дніпро, 2025.
Обгрунтовано, що респіраторне здоров’я є невід’ємною частиною загального стану організму, що сприяє його життєдіяльності та якості життя. Зростання кількості хворих з патологіями органів дихання, які останнім часом посіяли п’яте місце за захворюваністю та третє місце в структурі смертності серед усіх хвороб, обумовлює необхідність конструювання системи надійного захисту респіраторного здоров’я населення. Запропоновано авторську інтерпретацію концепту «публічне управління захистом респіраторного здоров’я, під яким авторка розуміє комплекс цілеспрямованих впливів на системи профілактики, діагностики, лікування та контролю хвороб органів дихання, в т.ч. ідентифікацію факторів ризику втрати здоров’я дихальних шляхів та розширення ефективних профілактичних заходів для його підтримки.
Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 281 ‒ "Public management and administration" – Dnipro University of Tecnology, Dnipro, 2025. It has been substantiated that respiratory health is an integral part of the overall condition of the body, contributing to its vital activity and quality of life. The increasing number of patients with respiratory pathologies, which have recently ranked fifth in terms of morbidity and third in the structure of mortality among all diseases, necessitates the creation of a system of reliable protection of respiratory health of the population. The author’s interpretation of the concept of "public management of respiratory health protection" is proposed, which according to the author means a set of targeted influence measures focusing on the systems of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and control of respiratory diseases, including the identification of risk factors for respiratory health loss and the expansion of effective preventive measures to secure it.
