Особливості морфології уролітів мешканців міста Дніпро

Abstract

У зв'язку з тим, що конкременти в цілому і уроліти зокрема, є біомінеральними утвореннями, а мінерали - предмет вивчення мінералогії та кристалографії, то необхідно, перш за все, розглядати деякі особливості морфології мінералів стосовно питань формування уролітів. Разом з генетично зумовленими мінеральними утвореннями живих організмів, так само широко поширені і патогенні біомінерали, зокрема, сечові і ниркові камені – уроліти, які є закономірним наслідком розвитку сечокам’яної хвороби. В статті наведено результати досліджень морфології уролітів мешканців міста Дніпро й запропонована типізація уролітів за особливостями їх морфології. Визначення структури і мінерального складу уролітів необхідно лікарям урологам для обґрунтованого призначення лікувальних та про профілактичних дій пацієнтові. Існуючі українські та світові стандарти діагностики і лікування хворих уролітіазом передбачають обов’язково мінералогічний дослідження уроліта для кожного хворого. У той же час зараз в Україні виконання подібних досліджень носить ініціативний і епізодичний характер, що призводить до зростання кількості захворювань і їх тяжкості.Due to the fact that concretions in general and uroliths in particular are biomineral formations, and minerals is the subject of mineralogy and crystallography, it is necessary, first of all, to consider some features of the morphology of minerals in relation to the formation of uroliths. Along with genetically determined mineral formations of living organisms, pathogenic biominerals, in particular, urinary and kidney stones - uroliths, which are a natural consequence of the development of urolithiasis, are also widespread. The article presents the results of research on the morphology of uroliths of the inhabitants of the Dnipro city and proposes the typification of uroliths according to the peculiarities of their morphology. Determination of the structure and mineral composition of uroliths is necessary for urologists for a reasonable appointment of therapeutic and preventive actions to the patient. The existing Ukrainian and world standards for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with urolithiasis provide for a mineralogical study of urolithiasis for each patient. At the same time, now in Ukraine the implementation of such studies is proactive and episodic, which leads to an increase in the number of diseases and their severity.
