Abstract
Акцентовано, що сталий розвиток можливий лише за умов рівності доступу до основних ресурсів, уникнення монополізації влади та збереження демократичних
принципів управління. Відзначено, що це одночасно означає розбудову такого типу інститутів, які з одного боку захищають права громадян, а з іншого стимулюють
їх участь у соціально-економічних процесах. Для держав, які знаходяться у фазі інституціональної кризи та посткризового відновлення, це є особливо значущим
фактором подальшого розвитку. Встановлено, що у такій ситуації постає важливе завдання розробки і реалізації феномену інституціональних платформ як інструменту забезпечення державного суверенітету, легітимності та адаптивності. Ці платформи мають стати основою для інтеграції економічних, соціальних і безпекових механізмів у єдину систему державотворення.
It is emphasized that sustainable development is possible only under conditions of equal access to basic resources, avoidance of monopolization of power, and saving
of democratic principles of governance. It is noted that this simultaneously means building such institutions that, on the one hand, protect the rights of citizens and, on the other,
stimulate their participation in socio-economic processes. For states that are in a phase of institutional crisis and post-crisis recovery, this is a particularly significant factor for
further development. It has been established that in such a situation, an important task arises to develop and implement the phenomenon of institutional platforms as a tool for
ensuring state sovereignty, legitimacy, and adaptability.
