Оперативне планування і управління гірничотранспортними роботами в залізорудному кар’єрі

Abstract

За результатами аналізу науково-практичних праць за темою дисертаційної роботи відзначено, що при сучасних ринкових вимогах ефективне функціонування залізорудного гірничо-збагачувального комбінату (ГЗК) можливе лише при ретельному формуванні довгострокових планів і чіткому виконанні складених на їх основі оперативних планів та реалізації оперативного управління. Особливо актуальними ці вимоги є для основного виробництва, зокрема для гірничотранспортних робіт в залізорудному кар’єрі, як початкової ланки технологічного ланцюга видобутку та переробки залізної руди. Виконання цих вимог дозволяє підвищити ефективність використання надр та позбутись неконтрольованих втрат на виробництві, оскільки неефективні планові показники роботи кар’єру та оперативні керуючі дії протягом зміни, доби, декади, місяця можуть призводити до недосяжності результатів планування вищих рівнів.According to the results of the scientific and practical works analysis on the topic of thesis, it is noted that under current market requirements, the functioning of the iron ore mining and processing plant (MPP) effectiveness is possible only with careful formation of long-term plans and strict implementation of the operational plans drawn up on their basis and the operational management. Especially relevant these requirements are for the main production, in particular for mining operations in the iron ore pits, as the initial link of the technological chain of iron ore extraction and processing. The fulfilment of these requirements makes it possible to increase the efficiency of mineral use and to get rid of uncontrolled losses in production, because inefficient planned performance of the quarry and operational control actions during the shift, day, decade and month can lead to inaccessibility of higher levels planning results. In particular, the necessary condition for effective operational planning and management of mining operations is the use of methodological support with the proper technological justification of mathematical models and methods and their correspondence to the capabilities of modern software tools.
