Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 073 Менеджмент (07 — Управління та адміністрування). — Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка», Міністерство освіти і науки України, Дніпро, 2025. Дисертація являє собою завершене самостійне наукове дослідження, в якому здійснено розв’язання актуальної наукової проблеми, що полягає у розвитку теоретичних положень, науково-методичних підходів і практичного інструментарію управління проєктами у високотехнологічних організаціях на засадах інтегрування класичної методології та еджайл-практик для підвищення частки успішно реалізованих проєктів. Актуальність обраної теми дослідження пояснюється посиленням глобальної конкуренції та швидким розвитком технологій на сучасній фазі науково-технічної революції, що вимагає від організацій здатності до розроблення інновацій, швидкого їх впровадження та адаптації, а також оперативності в масштабуванні нових продуктів та послуг. В умовах невизначеності та волатильності зовнішнього середовища відбувається перегляд класичних управлінських моделей і методів управління на користь інноваційних підходів, здатних забезпечити гнучкість, адаптивність і високу швидкість управлінських реакцій на зміну вимог замовників.
A thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 073 Management. — Dnipro University of Technology, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Dnipro, 2025. This thesis is a completed independent scientific research, which solves an important scientific problem, which consists in the development of theoretical provisions, scientific and methodological approaches and practical tools for project management in high-tech organizations based on the integration of classical methodology and agile practices to increase the share of successfully implemented projects. The relevance of the chosen research topic is explained by the intensification of global competition and the rapid development of technologies in the current phase of the scientific and technological revolution, which requires organizations to have the ability to develop innovations, implement and adapt them rapidly, as well as to be efficient in scaling new products and services. In conditions of uncertainty and volatility of the external environment, classical management models and management methods are being revised in favor of innovative approaches that can provide flexibility, adaptability and high speed of management responses to changing customer requirements.
