Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі харизматичного лідерства у політичних процесах. У сучасному світі політичні лідери відіграють вирішальну роль у формуванні суспільної думки та масової свідомості, й саме їхня харизма часто стає ключовим фактором успіху. Враховуючи зростаючий вплив харизматичних політичних фігур на громадськість, стає зрозумілою необхідність дослідження цього феномену, що визначає актуальність статті. Метою статті є виявлення основних харак-теристик харизматичного лідерства у політиці, а також аналіз його впливу на масову свідомість та політичну поведінку.

This article is dedicated to the study of the role of charismatic leadership in political processes. In the modern world, political leaders play a decisive role in shaping public opinion and mass consciousness, and it is often their charisma that becomes a key factor in their success. Given the growing influence of charismatic political figures on the public, the need to study this phenomenon becomes clear, highlighting the relevance of this article. The aim of the article is to identify the main characteristics of charismatic leadership in politics, as well as to analyze its impact on mass consciousness and political behavior. It explores how a leader's charisma can shape citizens' political beliefs, alter their preferences, and influence political processes as a whole.
