Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 183 – технологія захисту навколишнього середовища (18 – виробництво і технології) – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка», Міністерство освіти і науки України, Дніпро, 2025. Дисертаційна робота, що є завершеною науковою роботою, в якій подано вирішення актуальної науково-прикладної задачі з удосконалення технологій забезпечення екологічної безпеки промислових регіонів за рахунок розроблення теоретичних та методичних положень та прикладних моделей керування екологічними ризиками виникнення небезпечних подій з негативними наслідками для довкілля і населення, враховуючи євроінтеграційний вектор розвитку України. У роботі визначено сутність сталої екологічної безпеки, як однієї із складових сталого розвитку людства, що представляє собою довготривалу захищеність господарської діяльності промислових регіонів від будь-яких впливів зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз, невідповідностей, а також небезпечних чинників, які збільшують ймовірність настання небезпечної події. Запропоновано сталу безпеку представити у вигляді поєднання складових: формування зрозумілих вимог до екологічної безпеки регіонів; забезпечення відповідного нагляду за їх виконанням; проведення корегувальних дій для усунення невідповідностей та небезпечних чинників; керування екологічними ризиками шляхом запровадження запобіжних та захисних технологій захисту довкілля промислових регіонів.
Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 183 - technology of environmental protection (18 - production and technology) – Dnipro University of Technology, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Dnipro, 2025. The dissertation, which is a completed scientific work, which provides a solution to the current scientific and applied task to improve the environmental management system at industrial enterprises through the development and improvement of theoretical, methodological provisions and applied models of environmental risk control, taking into account the European integration vector of Ukraine. The work defines the essence of sustainable safety, as one of the components of sustainable development, which is a long-term protection of economic activity of industrial enterprises from any influences of external and internal threats, inconsistencies, as well as hazardous factors that increase the probability of a hazardous event. It is suggested that sustainable safety be presented in the form of a combination of four components: formation of clear requirements, ensuring appropriate supervision of their implementation, conducting corrective actions to eliminate inconsistencies and hazardous factors, and the last one, the introduction of preventive measures.
