Abstract
Узагальнено, що станом на сьогоднішній день можливо відзначити, що загальний інституціональний підхід трансформується у межах «усталеної науки». Класичні концепції інституціоналізму в історичному ракурсі почали із фокусу на формальних правилах і структурах, які задавали загальні політичні рамки. Обґрунтовано, що виникнення нормативного інституціоналізму відображає зусилля вчених пристосувати свої дослідження до реалій багаторівневого управління, де неформальні аспекти (цінності, культура, довіра) стають ключовими. У межах сучасного парадигмального поступу суспільних наук конституюється «адаптивна гнучкість норм», яка дозволяє інститутам зберігати фундаментальні цінності й одночасно так би мовити, еволюціонувати.
It is generalized that as of today, it can be noted that the complex institutional approach is being transformed within the framework of “established science”. Classical concepts of institutionalism in a historical perspective began with a focus on formal rules and structures that set the general political framework. It is justified that the emergence of normative institutionalism reflects the efforts of scholars to adapt their research to the realities of multilevel governance, where informal aspects (values, culture, trust) become key. Within the framework of the modern paradigmatic progress of social sciences, an “adaptive flexibility of norms” is being constituted, which allows institutions to save fundamental values andat the same time, so to speak, evolve.
