Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 281 «Публічне управління та адміністрування». – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка», Міністерство освіти і науки України, Дніпро, 2025. Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене теоретичним та практичним аспектам реформування публічного управління позашкільною освітою в Україні. Актуальність роботи зумовлена тим, що позашкільна освіта виступає невід’ємною складовою загальної освітньої системи України, яка виконує важливі соціокультурні та освітньо-виховні функції, а також забезпечує всебічний розвиток особистості, формування української національної та громадянської ідентичності, створює умови для соціальної інтеграції дітей і молоді. Проте постійні виклики, які стоять перед системою позашкільної освіти, зокрема недостатнє фінансування, нерівномірний розподіл ресурсів, застаріла матеріально-технічна база закладів позашкільної освіти, стагнація змісту освітнього процесу, невідповідність результатів навчання потребам ринку праці свідчать про недостатню увагу та підтримку зі сторони держави, що зумовлює пошук напрямів реформування публічного управління позашкільною освітою в Україні.
Dissertation for the degree of PhD in specialty 281 «Public management and administration» – Dnipro University of Technology, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Dnipro, 2025. The dissertation research is dedicated to the theoretical and practical aspects of reforming public administration in extracurricular education in Ukraine. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that extracurricular education is an integral part of Ukraine’s general educational system, fulfilling important socio-cultural and educational functions. It ensures the comprehensive development of individuals, fosters Ukrainian national and civic identity, and creates conditions for the social integration of children and youth. However, continuous challenges facing the extracurricular education system, such as insufficient funding, uneven resource distribution, outdated material and technical infrastructure of extracurricular education institutions, stagnation in educational content, and the mismatch between learning outcomes and labor market demands indicate a lack of adequate state attention and support. This necessitates the search for directions in reforming public administration in extracurricular education in Ukraine.
