Проєкт спорудження перегінного тунелю від станції «Історичний музей» до станції «Південний вокзал» КП «ДНІПРОВСЬКИЙ МЕТРОПОЛІТЕН»

ПЕРЕГІНННИЙ ТУНЕЛЬ, ОБРОБЛЕННЯ, ГЕОЛОГІЧНІ УМОВИ, БУРОВИБУХОВІ РОБОТИ, ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ ЕФЕКТ Об'єкт робти: проєкт спорудження перегінного тунелю від станції «Історичний музей» до станції «Південний вокзал» Дніпровського метрополітена. Мета роботи: вирішення транспортної проблеми міста Дніпро, пов’язаної з регулюванням пасажиропотоків шляхом спорудження перегінних тунелів і станцій метро. Реалізація мети здійснюється такими послідовними етапами : - вивчення геолгічних і сітуаційних умов розміщення майбутнього об’єкта; - вибір технологічної схеми виконання робіт по спорудженню об’єкта; - опис технологічних процесів; - ролзробка заходів з охорони праці та техніки безпеки; - розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва і економічного ефекту; Проходка перегінних тунелів виконуєтся буропідривним способом з використанням комплексної технології і механізації прохідницьких процесів. Обробка тунелів виконується відкритим способом в котловані з використанням тимчасового кріплення з металевих палью. Постійним кріпленнням тунелів на дільниці спорудження їх відкритим способом є залізобетоні секції. Станція метро «Південний вокзал» наземна, острівна, платформенного типу. Будівництво станції виконується відкритим способом з забеспеченням сучасної технології та комплекної механізації всіх будівельно-монтажних робіт технологічного регламенту будівництва. В кваліфікаційній роботі передбачені, обгрунтовані заходи скорочення терміну будівництва проєктуємих об’єктів, за рахунок яких визначений економічний ефект.

DISTINCTION TUNNEL, PROCESSING, GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS, DRILLING AND EXPLOSION WORKS, ECONOMIC EFFECT Object of work: the project of construction of a distillation tunnel from the station "Historical Museum" to the station "South Station" of the Dnieper metro. Purpose: to solve the transport problem of the city of Dnipro, related to the regulation of passenger traffic through the construction of distillation tunnels and metro stations. The implementation of the goal is carried out in the following successive stages: - study of geological and situational conditions of the future object; - the choice of the technological scheme of performance of works on construction of object; - description of technological processes; - role development of labor protection and safety measures; - calculation of the estimated cost of construction and economic effect; Drilling of distillation tunnels is performed by drilling and blasting method with the use of complex technology and mechanization of tunneling processes. Processing of tunnels is carried out in an open way in a pit with use of temporary fastening from metal piles. Reinforced concrete sections are a permanent attachment of tunnels on the construction site in an open way. Subway station " South Station " ground, island, platform type. The construction of the station is performed in an open way with the provision of modern technology and comprehensive mechanization of all construction and installation works of the technological regulations of construction. The qualification work provides for well-founded measures to reduce the construction period of the projected facilities, due to which the economic effect is determined.
