Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.01 – Економічна теорія та історія економічної думки. – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка». Міністерство освіти і науки України. Дніпро, 2025. Дисертаційну роботу присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретикометодологічних засад дослідження закономірностей техніко-технологічного розвитку, виокремленню причин та джерел його нерівномірності в умовах глобальних дисбалансів та формуванню на цій основі практичних рекомендацій щодо техніко-технологічної модернізації національної економіки України. Продемонстровано, що у процесі еволюції економічної теорії відбувалася зміна теоретико-методологічних підходів до розгляду рушійних сил соціальноекономічного розвитку при незмінній позиції науковців щодо провідної ролі технологічних знань, винаходів та технічних удосконалень у підвищенні продуктивності праці та зростанні суспільного добробуту. Найбільшу увагу технологічному чиннику приділили представники теорії технологічного детермінізму, наукові здобутки яких з огляду на характер суспільних змін поділено на теорії трансформації економіки і теорії економічної футурології. Це дозволяє встановити перетворювальний потенціал техніки і технології та прогнозувати наслідки впливу техніко-технологічного чинника на економічну систему. Суспільство представлено поєднанням економічної, політичної, правової та соціокультурної систем, що перебувають у взаємозв’язку та взаємозумовленості. У силу цього дослідження техніко-технологічного розвитку не може базуватися тільки на економічному підході, а вимагає міждисциплінарної методології, що поєднує системний та еволюційний аналіз з можливостями інституціональної теорії.
Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.01 – Economic Theory and History of Economic Thought. – Dnipro University of Technology. The dissertation work is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological principles of studying the regularities of technical and technological development, identifying the causes and sources of its unevenness in the conditions of global imbalances and, based on this, forming practical recommendations for the technical and technological modernization of the national economy of Ukraine. It is demonstrated that in the process of evolution of economic theory, there was a change in theoretical and methodological approaches to considering the driving forces of socio-economic development with the unchanged position of scientists regarding the leading role of technological knowledge, inventions and technical improvements in increasing labor productivity and increasing social welfare. The greatest attention to the technological factor was paid by representatives of the theory of technological determinism, whose scientific achievements, given the nature of social changes, are divided into the theory of economic transformation and the theory of economic futurology. This allows us to establish the transformative potential of equipment and technology and predict the consequences of the influence of the technical and technological factor on the economic system. Society is represented by a combination of economic, political, legal and socio-cultural systems that are interconnected and interdependent. Due to this, the study of technical and technological development cannot be based only on an economic approach, but requires an interdisciplinary methodology that combines systemic and evolutionary analysis with the capabilities of institutional theory.
