It is solved the main point of the problem of purposeful technogenic rock formation that it is provided on the basis of rock segregation. The main factors of mining and beneficial production are defined and systematized that influence on the quality indices of the potential mineral resources and cause the ways of formation of technogenic mass of loose rocks.
