Abstract
Geoinformation technology is created. It is aimed at processing Earth remote sensing data from space to analyze slagheaps temperature state and identify burning areas of coal-bearing rocks. The technology is tasted on the Landsat-TM/ETM+ hetero-temporal multispectral satellite imagery for the Donets Coal Basin.
