Abstract
Молодіжна політика є складовою державної політики України з початку незалежності. Це комплекс заходів, спрямованих на сприяння всебічному розвитку молодого покоління, його залученню до різних сфер суспільного життя. У контексті обраної проблематики нас цікавить соціально-політична сфера та сприяння держави залученню молоді до активної участі в політичному житті своєї країни. Тому метою статті є виявлення реальних можливостей та перспектив соціальної та політичної реалізації молоді в Україні. Теоретичною основою дослідження стали праці провідних вітчизняних науковців та існуюча законодавча база, а емпіричною основою дослідження – офіційні веб-сайти органів законодавчої та виконавчої влади України, офіційні веб-сайти політичних партій та офіційні сторінки в соціальних мережах. Було виявлено, що молодіжна політика в контексті реальної участі молоді в процесі прийняття політичних рішень, реалізації загальнонаціональних соціальних проектів, на жаль, залишається здебільшого декларативною. Зазначається, що українська молодь може реалізувати себе в соціальних, спортивних, екологічних та волонтерських ініціативах через членство в різних міжнародних та всеукраїнських молодіжних громадських організаціях, але питання впливу на процес прийняття соціальних та політичних рішень залишається відкритим. Перспективним рішенням є створення молодіжних рад при законодавчих та виконавчих органах усіх рівнів, проте емпіричний аналіз виявив відсутність реального впливу на прийняття управлінських рішень та законодавчих ініціатив.
Youth policy has been a component of the state policy of Ukraine since the beginning of independence. It is a set of measures designed to promote the comprehensive development of the younger generation, its involvement in various spheres of social life. In the context of the chosen issue, we are interested in the social and political sphere and the state's assistance in involving young people in active participation in the political life of their country. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to identify real opportunities and prospects for the social and political realization of youth in Ukraine. The theoretical basis of the study was the works of leading domestic scientists and the existing legislative framework, and the empirical basis of the study was the official websites of the legislative and executive bodies of Ukraine, the official websites of political parties and official pages in social networks. It was found that youth policy in the context of the real participation of young people in the process of political decision-making, implementation of nationwide social projects, unfortunately, remains mostly declarative. It is stated that Ukrainian youth can realize themselves in social, sports, environmental and volunteer initiatives through membership in various international and all-Ukrainian youth public organizations, but the question of influencing the process of social and political decision-making remains open. A promising solution is the creation of youth councils under the legislative and executive bodies of all levels, but empirical analysis has revealed the lack of real influence on the adoption of administrative decisions and legislative initiatives
