Наукові основи обґрунтування технологій розробки залізорудних родовищ крутонахиленими шарами з внутрішнім відвалоутворенням в кар’єрі

Abstract

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора технічних наук за спеціальністю 05.15.03 – «Відкрита розробка родовищ корисних копалин» (184 – Виробництво та технології). НТУ «Дніпровська політехніка», Дніпро, 2021. Зміст анотації. Дисертація є закінченою науковою роботою, у якій вперше на основі встановлених результатів досліджень вирішена актуальна науково-практична проблема обґрунтування теоретичних та методичних засад оптимізації технологічних рішень та конструктивна розробка на їх основі практичних рекомендацій щодо проектування системи відпрацювання крутоспадних залізорудних родовищ крутонахиленими шарами з внутрішнім відвалоутворенням на глибоких кар’єрах. Обґрунтування основ технології інтенсивного розвитку робочої зони кар’єрів за допомогою крутонахилених шарів для створення умов розміщення внутрішнього відвалу та створення рекомендацій з формування бортів кар’єрів при розробці залізорудних родовищ, у сукупності дозволяють суттєво знизити експлуатаційні витрати при видобутку залізних руд, підвищити ефективність і безпечність ведення гірничих робіт. За рішеннями, що впровадженні на сьогодні, технологія розробки залізорудного родовища крутонахиленими шарами потребує значних витрат на транспортування й відвалоутворення розкривних порід на поверхні кар’єру, а область її застосування обмежена складною організацією транспортних вантажопотоків. Досвід багатьох гірничих підприємств не дає можливість використовувати переваги цієї технології через недостатнє її теоретичне й науково-методичне обґрунтування, зокрема технологічних схем та параметрів формування внутрішніх відвалів. The dissertation is a completed scientific work, in which for the first time based on the established research results the actual scientific and practical problem is solved. Theoretical and methodical bases of optimization of technological decisions and constructive developments are substantiated and, on their basis, practical recommendations on designing of the system of working off of steep formation iron ore deposits by steep dipping layers with internal dumping on deep open pits are created. The basics of the technology of intensive development of the working zone of open pits with the help of steep dipping layers for creating the conditions of placement the internal dumps are substantiated. The recommendations for the formation of pits edges in the development of iron ore deposits, together, can significantly reduce operating costs in the extraction of iron ore, increase the efficiency and safety of mining. According to the solutions implemented today, the technology of development of iron ore deposits with steep dipping layers significant costs for transportation and dumping of overburden on the surface of the open pit. Its scope is limited by the complex organization of freight traffic. The experience of many mining enterprises does not allow to use of the advantages of this technology due to its insufficient theoretical and scientific-methodical substantiation, in particular, technological schemes and parameters of formation of internal dumps. The scientific basis of technologies for the formation of steep dipping layers is to establish new patterns of development of deep open pits with the definition of links between the parameters of the working area and technological schemes of development at the front of work. They provide an opportunity to gradually, safely carry out the development of iron ore deposits and place overburden in the internal dumps.
