Анотація
Досліджено структуру геологічної невизначеності породних відвалів вуглевидобувних підприємств як техногенних динамічних геологічних систем. Встановлено,що геологічний ризик таких об'єктів принципово відрізняється від ризику природних родовищ і формується внаслідок взаємодії чотирьох груп факторів: генетичних, просторових , часових та інформаційних.
The structure of geological uncertainty in coal mining spoil heaps is investigated as technogenic dynamic geological systems. Geological risk of such objects is shown to differ fundamentally from that of natural deposits, being formed through the interaction offour factor groups: genetic, spatial, temporal, and informational. A conceptual model is developed along with an index approach for its implementation. Dynamic monitoring is substantiated as an essential condition for reliable assessment of technogenic formations.
