Abstract
У дисертаційній роботі, що є завершеною науково-практичною роботою, подано вирішення актуальної науково-прикладної задачі з визначення взаємозв’язку між соціально-психологічними аспектами діяльності працівників (виражені індивідуальними психологічними особливостями людини, динамікою взаємодії з оточуючими людьми та соціальним середовищем) та рівнем культури безпеки в організаціях, що дозволяє підвищити результативність виконання вимог з безпеки праці.
This dissertation, which is a completed scientific and practical work, presents a solution to a relevant applied scientific problem: determining the interrelation between the socio-psychological aspects of employees' activities and the level of safety culture in organizations. This interrelation ensures increased effectiveness of occupational health and safety management systems by enhancing compliance with occupational safety requirements.
