Деякі особливості онтогенезу уролітів мешканців міста Запоріжжя

Як відомо, мінерали біогенного походження є невід’ємними елементами будови багатьох живих організмів. Поряд з генетично зумовленими утвореннями, так само широко поширені і патогенні біомінерали. До їх числа відносяться, зокрема, сечові камені – уроліти, які є закономірним наслідком розвитку сечокам’яної хвороби. Сечокам’яну хворобу недаремно називають «хворобою цивілізації». За даними Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я, за останні 12 років захворюваність на сечокам’яну хворобу зросла в 1,5 рази. У світі нею страждає одна людина зі ста. Незважаючи на успіхи в хірургічних методах вилучення каменів з нирок, консервативне лікування цієї хвороби і в даний час не можна назвати успішним: багатьом пацієнтам (близько 70%) доводиться переносити повторні ниркові кольки і хірургічні операції з приводу рецидиву формування уролітів. На глибоке переконання авторів, однією з основних причин такого становища є міждисциплінарний характер проблеми.

According to the World Health Organization, the incidence of urolithiasis is constantly growing, and the number of recurrences of this disease is stable at 80%. The purpose of the work is to identify some features of the ontogenesis of uroliths from the kidneys of the inhabitants of Zaporizhzhia city, primarily related to the structure and morphology of these formations. As a result of mineralogical and petrographic studies of urinary stones, they revealed the presence of 18 mineral species, mainly related to oxalate and urate compounds, and monomineral formations occur less than 1%. The variety of microblocking and the presence of inclusions of organic matter are characteristic features of the crystals of all installed minerals. Particular attention is point to the formation of split and two-vertex crystals of urinary stones. The accumulation of analytical material on the ontogenesis of urinary stones, their structure and mineral composition and its generalization, taking into account the medical and biological characteristics of each patient, geoecological condition of the region contribute to an important social task - prevention and effective treatment of urolithiasis.
